Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee full rental operations (residential & commercial)
Manage rent roll, arrears control & collection performance
Implement structured rent tracking and reporting systems
Handle cheque bounce escalations & legal coordination
Monitor renewals, expiries & documentation compliance
Develop SOPs for late payments, renewals & tenant escalations
Produce weekly/monthly KPI reports for ownership
Lead and enforce process discipline across teams
Desired Candidate Profile
5+ years in property management / rental operations
Experience managing 500+ unit portfolios preferred
Strong knowledge of UAE tenancy laws & cheque bounce procedures
Proven arrears and rent collection management experience
Strong Excel and reporting skills
Leadership experience supervising multi-role teams
