Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and implement protection schemes for electrical systems to ensure optimal reliability and safety.
- Analyze system protection settings using advanced software tools to minimize fault impact and enhance system stability.
- Conduct detailed fault analysis and coordination studies to ensure protective devices operate effectively during disturbances.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine protection strategies for new and existing projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with a focus on power systems and protection.
- Professional engineering license (PE) or relevant certifications, such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or equivalent.
- A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in protection engineering within the electrical utility or industrial sectors.
- Proven expertise in relay settings and coordination, with specific experience in digital relay technology.
