Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychological, academic, and behavioral assessments to identify students’ needs.
  • Develop and implement intervention plans to support learning and emotional development.
  • Provide individual and group counseling to students facing academic, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
  • Support teachers and administrators in implementing effective classroom management and behavioral strategies.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance student outcomes.
  • Maintain confidential records and progress reports in accordance with school and legal standards.
  • Conduct training sessions or workshops for staff and parents on mental health awareness and student support.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) or student support meetings as required.
  • Stay updated on best practices in school psychology and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Master’s Degree or PhD in Psychology, or Clinical Psychology.
  • Valid professional license or certification
  • DCD license
