Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological, academic, and behavioral assessments to identify students’ needs.
- Develop and implement intervention plans to support learning and emotional development.
- Provide individual and group counseling to students facing academic, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
- Support teachers and administrators in implementing effective classroom management and behavioral strategies.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance student outcomes.
- Maintain confidential records and progress reports in accordance with school and legal standards.
- Conduct training sessions or workshops for staff and parents on mental health awareness and student support.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) or student support meetings as required.
- Stay updated on best practices in school psychology and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Master’s Degree or PhD in Psychology, or Clinical Psychology.
- Valid professional license or certification
- DCD license
