Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for patients

  • Provide individual therapy sessions and develop treatment plans

  • Diagnose mental health conditions and monitor patient progress

  • Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with DOH regulations

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care

  • Offer counseling and emotional support to patients and families

  • Ensure confidentiality and ethical practice at all times

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Female Psychologist with valid *DOH License / Eligibility*

  • Arabic speaker (mandatory)

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in UAE or home country

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to handle diverse cases and work under pressure

  • Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach
