Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify mental health issues and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to facilitate client progress.
  • Engage in ongoing research to remain current on psychological theories and methodologies that enhance clinical practice.
  • Provide crisis intervention services, ensuring immediate support for clients in acute distress or emergencies.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create holistic care strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records, adhering to ethical guidelines and legal regulations.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and effective coping strategies, empowering them in their recovery.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Psychology from an accredited institution, demonstrating advanced knowledge in the field.
  • DOH License
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience, showcasing expertise in a particular area of psychology.
  • Experience working in diverse settings, such as hospitals, schools, or private practice, to adapt to various client needs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing for the development of trust and rapport with clients.
  • Proficiency in psychological assessment tools and software to streamline evaluation processes.
