Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main Duties
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate cognitive, academic, behavioral, and emotional development.
- Identify students' learning needs and recommend appropriate educational interventions and accommodations.
- Provide individual and group therapy for students dealing with emotional, social, or behavioral challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to develop and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and behavioral plans.
- Offer crisis intervention and post-crisis support for students and staff.
- Deliver workshops on topics such as mental health, learning differences, stress management, and resilience.
