Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Drive creation and continuous refinement of the Care Areas Market Strategy by providing a Market analysis report for all care areas in key defined markets & strategic accounts agreed upon with the overall Enterprise solutions team, which includes the mapping of (social, legal, Economical, Political, Technology disruptors)

  • Aligning with the Global Market Research and Evidence Generation team, the Global care areas & Global Modalities as well as the Analytics & Digital teams to complete the market analysis

  • Providing to the International Care Areas leaders (Cardiology/Oncology/Maternal & infant care) an analysis revealing potential focus areas for a solution creation

  • Lay the foundations for a Market Access strategy of International care areas solutions by initiating the Outcomes generation & documentation from implemented care areas specific disease type solutions by the international care areas leaders & future Market Access zone leaders.

  • Train the zones on the Market analysis & Market Access process & method

  • Support the international care areas leaders & local commercial teams in assessing opportunities based on the Market analysis suggested areas of focus & the Market Access strategy for care areas solution

  • Support the international care areas leaders & local commercial teams as well as channel partners, with complex projects related to clinical areas and enterprise solutions from inception to outcome generation, in key accounts with a focus on outcomes generation for care areas.

  • Act as subject matter expert for healthcare systems (Public & Private Health, Models of care) & Health Economics (Market Access)

  • Develop & maintain relationships with key stakeholders with identified strategic customers

  • Act as a senior advisor and coach at different levels in customer organizations. Help customers scope the nature of specific problems they are facing & architect relevant solutions leveraging entire GEHC portfolio as required.

  • Prepare and deliver clear and insightful executive-level presentations internally and externally

Qualifications

  • Educated to master s degree or equivalent

  • Foundational understanding of Health care systems from a public & private health point of view including various models of care, general clinical practice, Health economics & reimbursement, recent trends in the management of diseases.

  • Extensive management/Analytical/care area strategy leadership experience

  • Proven leadership and ability to orchestrate resources and motivate diverse and complex teams. An inclusive leader who builds connections through personal involvement and trust.

  • Excellent communication, influencing, and team-building skills. Must be highly skilled at written and verbal communication both inside the company and with external customers.

  • Ability to influence and drive change in a highly matrixed & fast paced environment

  • Ability to develop and execute multiple priorities and approaches to meet objectives

  • Knowledge in Specialty areas & digitalization strategy in a clinical setting is a plus

  • Fluency in English Language. Other languages (Spanish, Portuguese, German, Arabic, French) a plus.

This includes developing & executing the market analysis method for the care areas by collaborating with Enterprise Solutions teams such as the Strategic Advisory & International accounts teams, training identified individuals from the zones to replicate the method, advising on business strategies for Care Areas in line with the output from the market analysis & associated Global care areas & Global modalities, overseeing the generation of Market Access outcomes from the disease-specific projects led by International Care Areas leaders, compiling and producing internal and external marketing analysis & Access material, supporting in the assessment of commercial opportunities in line with the general International Care Areas strategy and engagement with strategic customers for commercial deals. This role works closely with International Care Areas Leaders, Strategic Advisory, International accounts, Analytics & Digital solutions teams, Zone General Managers, Account Managers, Commercial & Finance teams, and GE s Global care areas & Market Access teams.p>
