Position Overview
The Public Private Partnership Advisor will provide expert guidance in strategic planning, development, and management of PPP projects to enhance financial sustainability at RTA. The role involves developing business plans, coordinating with stakeholders, analyzing risks, and ensuring projects are executed in line with policies, timelines, and performance standards.

What You ll Do
* Develop business plans for PPP projects in collaboration with project managers.
* Review project reports, identify challenges, and propose effective solutions.
* Manage day-to-day PPP project operations, ensuring alignment with RTA policies and procedures.
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
* Monitor team performance, support members, and accelerate project implementation within timelines.
* Analyze risks associated with partnership projects and recommend fair distribution between public and private sectors.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for PPP projects, providing status updates to stakeholders.
* Review and track documents submitted to the Board of Directors, ensuring timely follow-up on instructions.
* Work closely with departmental leadership to carry out operational and strategic tasks.
* Monitor project performance, address challenges, and prepare periodic reports.
* Archive and update correspondence daily to maintain accurate project documentation.
* Review policies and processes to identify risks or gaps in PPP implementation.
* Define and monitor KPIs for departmental operations to ensure objectives are achieved.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor s degree from a recognized university; Master s degree preferred but not required.
* At least 10 years of experience in public-private partnerships, investments, or related fields.
* Strong knowledge of PPP frameworks, policies, and risk-sharing models.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills with proven stakeholder management experience.
* Ability to manage large-scale projects and coordinate with multiple authorities.
* Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
