Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

  • Government Liaison: Coordinate with government authorities such as MOHRE, Immigration, DED, and other entities for processing visas, labor cards, trade licenses, and other official documents.
  • Document Management: Prepare, submit, and track applications for residence visa renewal & cancellations of employees as well as their dependents, work permits, visa for business trips, translation and attestation of legal documents and other legal requirements.
  • Compliance: Ensure the company complies with UAE labor laws and government regulations.
  • Advisory Role: Stay updated on changes to UAE laws and regulations, advising management on necessary actions.
  • Employee Support: Assist employees with visa and residency-related processes, including medicals and Emirates ID issuance, unemployment insurance registration and health insurance addition/deletion.
  • Reporting & Monitoring: Develop regular reports on visa status, trade licenses, and deadlines to ensure the visibility f processes ongoing.
  • Project :Support the coordination of legal and administrative processes linked to the relocation of the Regional Office to Abu Dhabi.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 years experience in PRO within an international group or specialized consultancy

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and government procedures.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English & in Arabic

Rigorous and highly organized approach to work

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to negotiate and build trustful relationships with authorities.

Valid UAE driving license is required.
