Key Responsibilities :
Manage company trade license renewals, permits, and other government-related documentation.
Coordinate with government departments and agencies regarding legal and regulatory compliance.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in government procedures and requirements.
Represent the company at government offices, free zones, and other relevant institutions.
Maintain records of all PRO activities and document submissions.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate document processing.
Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations related to PRO tasks.
Requirements :
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a similar PRO role in the UAE.
Arabic speaker preferred due to the nature of the role.
Valid UAE driving license is a must.
Strong knowledge of UAE labor and immigration laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
