Undertake all the activities for official submission / collection of application approval and timely processing of various legal documents. Assist the HR Manager is his/her daily tasks.
• Organize periodic renewal of company license in liaison with Legal department
• Submission of documentation to the Immigration for visa applications
• Submission of documentation to obtain licenses / permits and efficient collection of Licenses /permits to take place when completed
• Take, submit & collect all necessary documentation in order to organize all Employee official paperwork.
• Represent the Company at locations such as the Police Station, Airport, Hotels, Embassies, Ministries/Municipalities & other significant Departments & in accordance with services such as mobile & landline phone services (connections/disconnections/repairs), mail and electricity
• Organize employees files (soft and hard copy)
• Follow up employees documentation expiry/renewal
• Issue monthly reports on employees visa status
• Manage the online system for visa/letters issuance/renewal/cancellation
• Manage company cars fleet (vehicle purchase, registration and insurance renewal, accident reports with the police, regular maintenance, petrol Emarat card consumption follow up).
• Issue monthly reports on fleet management issues and follow up
• Assist the commercial team with the follow-up on paperwork and payment collection from the clients
- Good knowledge of Bahraini labour law
- Organized and efficient
- Administration skills
- Good Oral & written English
- Driving license
- Photography is a plus
