Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative/secretarial support for public relations office.
• Handle daily correspondence/financial documents such as purchase order, expenses claims, etc.
• Handle phone calls.
• Coordinate and arrange appointment and schedule.
• Maintain filing system.
• Handle all agencies/vendors invoices and act as contact point for billing matters.
• Maintain all internal communications channel updated, my.kempinski.com etc.
• Play support role in developing hotel Public Relations budget by updating budget figure periodically.

of newsworthy stories.
• Ensure all press releases are up-to-date, accurate and accessible by media on the website.
• Answer surveys and inquiries from media.
• Assist and help coordinate Public
Relations projects, including but not limited to:
1. Sponsorship
2. Award events
3. Press conferences and press events
• Maintain updates of the Public Relations and crisis management manuals.
• Monitor the usage and find ways to maximize the usage of Mind Your Language (online editing service) to make sure delivering the most accurate messages both internally and externally.
• Keep the information under Public Relations sections on the internet and my.kempinski.com accurate.
• Manage and monitor news coverage and collate press clippings from assigned territories to ensure that publicity and significant, relevant news is shared appropriately internally.
• Monitor fans comments on social media and alert Director of Public Relations to posts that require a response.
• Collate and compile the monthly Public Relations reports and submit in a timely manner.
• Liaise with Picture Park for image uploading on image library.
• Compile bi-monthly news round-up and best quotes.
• Provide administrative/secretarial support for the marketing office.
• Coordinate and arrange appointments and schedules.
• Maintain filing system. 
• Handle daily correspondence/financial documents such as purchase order, expenses claims, etc.
• Handle all agencies/vendors invoices and act as point of contact for billing matters.
• Assist Director of Sales & Marketing in creating and implementing all Marketing activities, including but not
limited to:
• Maintain hotel listings in online and offline media.
1. Creation and print of collateral.
2. Promotions and packages.
3. Advertising.
4. Market analysis.
5. Photo-shootings.
• Handle site inspection.
• Plan, coordinate and implement direct marketing, both on- and offline.
• Maintain guest database for mailings.
• Liaise with F&B department to promote F&B outlets.
• Assist in the creation of the media and marketing plan.
• Conduct competition checks and benchmarking on a regular basis.
• Create office presentations.
• Create, coordinate and maintain give-aways and collateral. 
• Upload and maintain picture storage and distribution systems (Picture Park & VFMLeonardo).
• Provide content and images for websites according to Corporate Identity.
• Ensure content and photography of 3 rd party websites is maintained.
• Ensure compliance with Corporate Identity guidelines.
• Maintain updates of corporate marketing guidelines and inform colleagues.
• Attend marketing relevant meetings.
• Play support role in developing hotel Marketing budget and update budget figures periodically.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments, especially sales, Public Relations and web as well as creative agencies and suppliers.
• Keep themselves updated with the latest developments in the hotel including all activities, promotions, rates of the hotel.
• Assists to develop social media strategies and messages for the year; monitors fans comments and provides relevant responses.
• To oversee and manage social media accounts in accordance with the hotel standards.
• Create monthly social media content for hotel and all outlets and schedule posts
• Coordinate story coverage on social media for hotel and outlets on a daily basis and during events both in house and externally.
• Responsible for executing & developing strategies to promote the hotel across Social Media Networks with various Social Media Marketing tools provided in a global environment.
• Run high priority social creative campaigns, media engagement and third parties as required and ensuring that all work is aligned with brand marketing plans and campaigns.
• To be responsible for reflecting the style and tone of voice across social media marketing and ensure that content and conversations match audience needs.
• Responsible for content creation, assimilation & distribution on Social Media Networks as well as brand.com
and any digital platforms.

Desired Candidate Profile

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Hospitality or in Marketing or Apprenticeship in Hospitality.
1-2 years experience in a similar position
1-2 years experience in a media agency
Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment:
Arabic excellent oral and written skills (as applicable)
English excellent oral and written skills
Additional language - beneficial
Knowledge of Marketing basics and technical terms
Knowledge of graphic and print technical terms
Copywriting skills
Excellent skills in
Microsoft office
Creative programmes such as photo-shop, indesign etc is a plus.
