Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end procurement activities including vendor sourcing, quotation analysis, and order placement
Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with suppliers to optimize value and ensure timely delivery
Prepare and process purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and manage supplier relationships
Ensure accurate and timely execution of all import documentation and regulatory compliance
Collaborate with logistics, warehouse, and accounts teams for smooth coordination of supply chain activities
Maintain accurate records of purchases, delivery schedules, and cost analyses
Monitor and control procurement budgets while ensuring quality and timely procurement
Support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and coordinate with accounts payable for invoice reconciliation
Track supplier performance and build long-term vendor relationships
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
3–5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in manufacturing, trading, or equipment-related industries
Sound knowledge of international sourcing, import procedures, and customs documentation
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); ERP or procurement software experience is a plus
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
