Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain inventory records meticulously, ensuring accuracy and real-time updates to minimize discrepancies and optimize stock levels.
  • Process purchase orders efficiently, from vendor selection to order placement and tracking, to guarantee timely delivery of required materials.
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments, comparing them against purchase orders and packing slips to prevent shortages or damages.
  • Organize and maintain the warehouse and storage areas, implementing efficient storage solutions to optimize space and accessibility.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for candidates with additional vocational training.

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a purchasing or warehousing role, demonstrating practical knowledge of the field.

  • Candidates with experience in the manufacturing would be good,but also receiving applications from other industries

  • Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) is crucial for data analysis and reporting.
