Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing suppliers, collecting quotations, and comparing prices.
  • Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely approvals.
  • Follow up with suppliers on order status, delivery schedules, and pending shipments.
  • Maintain updated records of purchases, price lists, and supplier information.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams for inbound materials.
  • Ensure all procurement documents are properly filed and updated.
  • Support negotiations and long-term vendor relations.
  • Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel is a must).
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
