Roles & Responsibilities
Job description: Position Summary The Purchase Executive – Rental Services is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and coordinating the hiring of equipment and other needs required for construction site operations. The role ensures timely availability of all rental resources, maintains cost control, and supports smooth workflow at project sites. Key Responsibilities 1. Vendor Sourcing & Coordination Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers for heavy machinery and other needs. Maintain an updated vendor database with current rates, availability, and service quality. Establish strong relationships with suppliers for continuous support and emergency requirements.
2. Quotation & Negotiation Request and compare quotations for rental services. Negotiate competitive rates, terms, and delivery schedules. Prepare comparison sheets and ensure proper documentation.
3. Rental Operations Management Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of equipments to project sites. Ensure timely delivery and resolve any delays or operational issues. Monitor rental periods to avoid unnecessary costs or idle equipment.
4. Communication & Documentation Coordinate with site supervisors, project engineers, and management to understand monthly hiring needs. Prepare purchase requests, approvals, and rental service contracts. Maintain accurate records of all hires, deliveries, and supplier communications.
5. Cost & Billing Control Track rental durations, overtime usage, fuel consumption, and equipment productivity. Verify supplier invoices and ensure proper billing before processing for payment. Assist in budgeting and cost control for rental-related expenses.
Minimum Qualifications Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred. Candidates with own visa are highly preferable.

Ability to commute/relocate:
Al-Ain: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Language: English, Hindi, Arabic (Preferred)
Desired Candidate Profile
Skills & Requirements Proven experience in procurement or rental coordination. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple site requirements simultaneously. Knowledge of heavy equipment, transport vehicles, and manpower hiring. Good documentation, follow-up, and supplier management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer skills.
