Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing materials, goods, and services

• Support vendor management and maintain supplier databases

• Obtain quotes and compare prices, terms, and delivery timelines

• Help process purchase orders and follow up on deliveries

• Coordinate with the internal team to understand purchase requirements

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Candidates with 0–1 year of experience in procurement or purchasing

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Basic knowledge of procurement procedures and documentation

• UAE experience or exposure is an added advantage
