Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  1. Monitor & supervise all the stock movements in the Main Store.

  2. Maintain the ERP system in receipts, issue and transfers of material from Main stores.

  3.  Supervises the activities of other Store Assistants.

  4. Follow-up daily consumption in all the sub-stores.

  5. Maintaining the Printing & Stationary materials & the re-order cycles.

  6. Inform the H.O.D  for near expiry products & Non-moving Products.

  7. Reconciliation of stock transfer reports from the Main warehouse.

  8. Supervise the periodic stock taking in main store & report the  discrepancy report to the H.O.D

  9. Verification of NMC Trading Invoices in the ERP System.

  10. Preparation of the cost sheet of OT Consumables to Cashiers.

  11. Receipt and inspection of incoming deliveries of materials to Cathlab from the Suppliers on consignment basis and co-ordinate with the concerned Doctors/ Technicians for issues and update the inventory on monthly basis.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  1. A  Graduate, with minimum 3 years previous supervisory experience in store is preferred.

  2. Applicants must demonstrate the potential ability to perform the essential functions of the job as outlined in the position description. 

  3. Computer literate.
