Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Purchasing officers maintain stock levels, and may also conduct research, negotiate with vendors, and interview prospective suppliers.
Desired Candidate Profile
ᴧ Collection of EMC from demand planner and updating in the import and local file ᴧ Managing the Categorized Products – Stock status & availability ᴧ To plan, Execute and finalize purchasing with suitable suppliers in the local and international market. ᴧ Finding the new suppliers with competitive pricing and payment terms ᴧ Negotiate with the suppliers in terms of price, quality, and delivery terms. ᴧ Handling and monitoring of claims and shortages with suppliers. ᴧ coordinate with the supplier to ensure on time delivery. ᴧ Support relevant departments with quotations for their new projects. ᴧ Monitoring the stock movement and maintain stock level as per the target. ᴧ To ensure fullest cooperation to assist and support Supply Chain team and perform duties assigned by the SC manager. ᴧ To ensure effective response and adherence to on-going guidelines, procedures, standards, policies, and directives issued by the department head.
