Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and ensure cost-effectiveness for all purchases.
  • Manage the procurement process, from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of all purchase orders.
  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including production, sales, and finance, to align procurement activities with overall business objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • Possession of relevant certifications, such as APICS or CIPS, is highly desirable.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a purchasing or supply chain role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in international procurement and import/export regulations is a plus.
