Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Source and purchase aviation parts, tooling, and services in compliance with company policies and Saudi regulations (GACA, SFDA).

  • Launch RFQs, negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with local and international suppliers.
  • Create, track, and manage purchase orders in SAP and monitor delivery schedules.
  • Manage supplier onboarding and maintain supplier master data in SAP.
  • Ensure alignment with operational priorities, project deadlines, and maintenance needs.
  • Develop and maintain a strong supplier network to secure competitive advantages in terms of cost, quality, and lead time.
  • Evaluate supplier performance (OTD, quality, responsiveness) and drive corrective actions where necessary.
  • Minimum Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience in carrying out the full end to end sourcing & supplier selection process
  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar position preferably in the aviation, aerospace, MRO, or industrial sectors.
  • Experienced in purchasing aircraft parts in support of part 145 repair station preferred

    Position Summary

    As part of our supply chain growth in Saudi Arabia, we are looking for a Purchaser Specialist to manage strategic and tactical procurement activities for aviation parts, tooling, and GSE equipment.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for supplier sourcing, purchase order management, contract negotiation, compliance with Saudi regulations, and supporting the SAP system integration.

    The role demands a proactive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic individual who can help lay the procurement foundation for future expansion.

    Saudi Nationals or candidates with a valid employment visa are preferred.
