QA Engineer

We re looking for a QA Engineer to join our team and help us deliver high-quality a product that our customers can trust and love. This role is ideal for someone with at least a couple of years of experience in QA or software engineering, who wants to take ownership of testing and grow into being the QA voice in our product and engineering process.

Responsibilities - What You ll Do

• Run manual QA across our products (web, mobile, and APIs)
• Define and maintain test cases and test plans
• Work closely with product managers and engineers to understand product requirements and spot edge cases early
• Collaborate in sprint planning and reviews, ensuring QA considerations are part of the discussion
• Investigate issues, reproduce bugs, and clearly document findings for the engineering team
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tooling
• Perform API testing and use tools like Postman or similar
• (Bonus) Contribute to test automation and scripting where possible

Requirements - What We re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in QA or software engineering at a tech company (experience in a product-driven company is a plus, but software agencies are also relevant)
• Strong attention to detail and a knack for thinking about what can go wrong.
• Experience testing web applications, mobile apps, and APIs
• Ability to define, organize, and execute test plans systematically
• Good communication skills, able to describe problems and edge cases clearly.
• (Nice to have) Familiarity with test automation frameworks and scripting
• (Nice to have) Experience with CI/CD tools and integrating automated QA into pipelines
