Provide staff support in the development, implementation and evaluation of performance improvement.
Collect, research, investigate and present data and information for various reports and projects.
Reviewing the drawings and design and giving necessary inputs for improvements.
Interacting with international level external parties like customers, consultants, etc. Closure of NCs given by third party consultants and clients.
Process Improvement & Evolvement, ensuring continuous improvement through YBSS, GBSS, Kaizen and other quality tools.
Document and report improvement activities within the organization and externally as appropriate.
