Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the quality and quality of every activity, precise knowledge of all aspects of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural, and Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary processes.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor construction activities, identify non-conformances, and verify compliance with approved drawings and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project teams, including contractors and subcontractors, to address quality issues and implement corrective actions effectively.
  • Conduct testing of materials and workmanship to verify compliance with specifications and industry standards.
  • Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project, including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered, and other important QA/QC documents.
  • Develop and determine all standards to perform inspections and tests on all procedures, oversee all testing methods, and maintain high-quality standards for all processes.
  • Review the quality of all materials at the site, ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality, and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and quality materials.
  • Performs other duties as assigned. Maintain confidentiality of company information.
  • Perform another related task.
  • Supervise the effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules, ensure adherence to all procedures, and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes.
  • Monitor an efficient system, record all project activities, and analyze all processes to ensure all work meets quality requirements.
  • Manage all work methods, maintain knowledge of quality assurance standards, monitor continuous application for all quality assurance processes, and recommend corrective actions for all operations.
  • Develop a method statement for the activity, including risk assessment, job safety environmental analysis, and Inspection
  • Assisting Chief estimator in making the value engineering and tender clarifications.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in technical principles.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as ASQ certifications (e.g., CQE, CQA), showcasing a commitment to quality standards.
  • Offers a minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within the manufacturing or related industry.
  • Exhibits strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), such as ISO 9001, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Shows experience in conducting audits and inspections, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulations.
  • Displays strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
  • Possesses excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, able to identify and resolve quality issues effectively.
