QA/QC Engineer - Construction

Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:


Develop and implement quality assurance and control procedures for all site activities.
Inspect materials, workmanship, and site operations to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, and material test certificates.
Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues.
Monitor non-conformance reports (NCRs) and corrective actions.
Support project handover by ensuring all QA/QC records are properly completed and archived.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
Minimum 3 5 years of experience in QA/QC within the construction industry (preferably in UAE).
Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
