Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

In this role, you will oversee testing, inspections, and quality assurance processes to ensure concrete products meet project specifications, industry standards, and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality inspections and testing for raw materials and concrete products.
  • Monitor concrete batching, mixing, and delivery processes.
  • Perform slump tests, cube tests, and other laboratory/field testing procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, ASTM/BS standards, and quality procedures.
  • Prepare QA/QC reports, test results, and documentation.
  • Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with plant operations, site teams, and consultants on quality matters.
  • Support audits and maintain quality management system requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.

3+ years/ of QA/QC experience in the Ready-Mix Concrete or Construction industry.

Strong knowledge of concrete materials, mix designs, and testing procedures.

Familiarity with ASTM, BS, or relevant concrete quality standards.

Experience with laboratory and field testing equipment.

Good analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in QA/QC or concrete technology.
  • Experience working in batching plants or large construction projects.
  • Knowledge of ISO quality management systems.
