Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute detailed test plans, ensuring comprehensive coverage of software functionalities and performance metrics.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using standardized procedures, facilitating effective communication with development teams.
  • Automate testing processes where feasible, leveraging industry-standard tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies.
  • Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality, reliability, and user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field, ensuring a strong foundational knowledge.
  • Strong analytical skills, allowing for effective problem-solving and thorough examination of software functionality.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, facilitating clear interactions with team members and stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring thoroughness in testing processes and meticulous documentation of defects.
  • Fluency in English, with additional language skills being a plus, enhancing communication in diverse teams.
