As a QA/QC Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of products and systems in the engineering sector. • Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance and control processes and systems.
• Conduct detailed inspections and testing to identify defects or deviations in products.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure quality standards are integrated.
• Analyze quality assurance data and implement necessary improvements and corrective actions.
• Generate and maintain quality documentation, including test plans and inspection reports.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all projects.
• Lead quality audits and inspections, both internally and with external partners or clients.
• Provide training and support to staff to enhance quality awareness and skills.
• Monitor and report on overall performance of the quality management system.
• Assist in the development of quality assurance strategies and plans for new projects.
• Participate in customer feedback analysis to implement effective quality improvements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure quality consistency in supplied goods.

• Bachelor s degree in engineering, quality management, or related fields required.
• Minimum of three years experience in QA/QC engineering or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide innovative quality solutions.
• Proficient in quality management systems and data analysis tools like Six Sigma.
• Exceptional communication skills for articulating quality issues and solutions effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently manage tasks.
