Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor the Project Quality Plan to ensure all works comply with approved specifications, drawings, and applicable standards.
  • Conduct inspections and quality control checks for materials, workmanship, and site activities in accordance with QA/QC procedures.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain quality documentation including ITPs, method statements, inspection reports, and NCRs.
  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal teams during inspections, audits, and quality meetings.
  • Ensure materials delivered to site are approved and meet project and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify non-conformities, issue NCRs, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions until closure.
  • Monitor subcontractor activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and contractual obligations.
  • Support site teams by providing technical guidance to improve workmanship and quality compliance.
  • Prepare and submit quality reports, handover documents, and as-built records.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the project.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, or relevant discipline).
  • Must be fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in QA/QC roles within construction, infrastructure, MEP, or fit-out projects.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, inspection methods, and applicable codes and standards.
  • Hands-on experience in preparing and reviewing ITPs, method statements, NCRs, and quality reports.
  • Proven ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and project quality plans.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation and reporting skills.
  • Ability to identify quality issues, implement corrective actions, and support continuous improvement.
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills with a proactive approach.
