QA/QC Engineer Urgently Needed STEEL CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING CO LL

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction projects in UAE.
• Have bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering fields.
• Experience in piping fabrication, network, pumping stations, district cooling system, MEP, steel structure, etc).
• Awareness about quality standards like ASME, CSWIP, ISO, ASNT, etc, (having qualification certificate will add more value).

Responsibilities:

• Ability to prepare MOS, Quality plan, ITP
• Preparation of MIR, WIR, RFI
• Conduct internal inspection for material and work as per project specification.
• preparation and review of material submittals
• Follow up with consultant/client for material and work inspections
• Communicate with suppliers/subcontractors for documentation and reports
• Coordinate with 3rd parties for any quality service (Ex: NDT, etc,.)
• Prepare visual inspection report for fit up, welding and painting.
• Reporting to project manager and QHSE Manager.
• Attend the internal & external quality audits.
• Follow up for corrective & preventive actions.
• follow up with QS engineer for project progress payment preparation based on completed work.
