Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections of materials and processes to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures that proactively identify potential issues before they escalate.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to review designs and processes for manufacturability and quality assurance.
  • Perform detailed documentation of inspection results and maintain accurate records to support traceability and accountability.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, providing a strong foundation in technical principles.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in quality assurance or quality control roles within manufacturing or construction.
  • Certifications such as Six Sigma Green Belt, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, or equivalent recognized quality management credentials.
  • Proven track record of using quality inspection tools such as calipers, gauges, and non-destructive testing methods.
