Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement QA/QC strategies and plans aligned with project requirements, ensuring project success from inception to completion.
- Oversee the inspection of materials, workmanship, and processes, ensuring adherence to project specifications and industry standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of QA/QC inspectors, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team.
- Manage and maintain QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, NCRs, and corrective actions, to ensure accurate record-keeping and traceability.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in technical principles.
Holds relevant certifications such as ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma certification, demonstrating a commitment to quality.
Has a minimum of 8-20 years of experience in QA/QC within the construction, manufacturing, or oil and gas industry, showcasing industry expertise.
Exhibits a deep understanding of quality standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001 and relevant industry codes, ensuring compliance.
