Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Requirements:

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to oversee and ensure the highest quality standards across our residential and villa construction projects in the UAE.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 10–12 years of experience in QA/QC management within the building construction sector.
  • Proven experience in residential or villa projects in the UAE is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of local regulations, standards, and project quality requirements.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and relevant QA/QC software.
  • Certification in ISO 9001, Quality Management, or equivalent is preferred.
