Job Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP), Quality Control Plans (QCPs), and related procedures, ensuring alignment with ISO 9001 and corporate QMS standards. Review, approve, and implement project-specific quality documentation, including Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and technical specifications for all disciplines Establish and monitor project Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), reporting regularly to Project and Corporate Management. Lead and supervise the site and vendor QA/QC inspection team, including Welders, NDT Coating, and other specialized inspectors. Oversee inspection and testing activities during fabrication, receipt of materials, installation, pre-commissioning, and commissioning phases. Ensure rigorous compliance with welding procedures (WPS, PQR) and welder qualifications, and manage all Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) activities. Ensure effective material traceability, preservation, and storage are maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Plan and execute internal and external quality audits of project activities, vendors, and subcontractors. Manage the Non-Conformance Report (NCR) system, ensuring timely disposition, thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implementation of effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). Oversee the compilation and handover of the Final Quality Documentation Dossiers (Turnover Packages) to the client, ensuring all quality records, inspection releases, and certifications are complete and accurate. In-depth, practical working knowledge of international standards and codes. Strong leadership, team management, and stakeholder (Client, Contractor, Vendor) communication skills. Experience with Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) methodologies.
