QA/QC Manager - MEP Shapoorji Pallonji Mideast LLC., Riyadh

Develop, implement, and maintain the MEP Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 and project requirements

Prepare and control project quality plans, procedures, ITPs, and checklists for all MEP disciplines

Ensure effective document control and quality records management

Oversee QA/QC activities for HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical, ELV, and associated MEP systems

Review and approve method statements, material submittals, and technical documentation

Ensure inspections and tests are carried out as per approved Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)

Coordinate and witness inspections, testing, and commissioning activities with consultants and clients

Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective actions, and preventive actions

Conduct internal quality audits and site quality inspections

Ensure compliance with contract specifications, drawings, authority requirements, and international standards

Monitor adherence to approved codes and standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC, BS, local regulations)

Support authority approvals and final certification processes

Coordinate QA/QC matters with project managers, construction managers, engineers, and subcontractors

Act as the main point of contact for consultants and clients on MEP quality-related issues

Lead quality meetings and provide guidance on quality expectations

Ensure timely preparation and submission of as-built drawings, test reports, and O&M manuals

Support final inspections, snag clearance, and system handover

Maintain quality records for final acceptance and project closeout

Provide training and awareness sessions on quality procedures and standards
