Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality control plans, inspection procedures, and test methodologies to ensure products meet specified standards and requirements.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of materials, processes, and finished products, documenting findings and identifying any non-conformances or deviations.
  • Investigate and analyze quality issues, determine root causes, and collaborate with relevant teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Prepare detailed quality reports, including data analysis, performance metrics, and recommendations for improvement, to communicate findings to stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field) or a Diploma in Quality Assurance.
  • Holds certifications such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or equivalent, demonstrating a commitment to quality.
  • Demonstrates a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance roles, preferably within the manufacturing or construction industry.
  • Exhibits strong knowledge of quality control principles, inspection techniques, and quality management systems (e.g., ISO .
