Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
ARCA Technologies is seeking an experienced and highly motivated QA/QC Supervisor, to oversee quality inspection activities and ensure full compliance with project requirements, ISO standards, and company quality procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in inspection/testing, quality documentation, and reporting, with the ability to support continuous improvement across operations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct and supervise quality inspections and testing activities across assigned projects
Ensure compliance with approved Quality Plans, ITPs, and project specifications
Monitor quality control processes and support corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
Prepare and review inspection reports, NCRs, and quality documentation
Coordinate with engineering, site, and production teams to resolve quality issues
Ensure adherence to ISO standards and internal quality management systems
Support internal and external audits and ensure proper closure of audit findings
Maintain quality records and assist in reporting quality performance metrics
Ensure proper implementation of quality procedures and best practices
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field
Minimum 5+ years of experience in QA/QC inspection and supervision (preferred)
Strong knowledge of inspection/testing methods and quality compliance procedures
Good understanding of ISO standards and Quality Management Systems
Experience using SAP QM is highly preferred
Strong communication, reporting, and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage site priorities effectively
What ARCA Technologies Offers
Salary: AED 10,000 – 14,000 per month (depending on skills, experience & interview assessment)
