Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Proven Experience: Extensive background in QAQC engineering with a focus on utilities infrastructure projects.

  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of QAQC processes, standards, and methodologies.

  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Certifications: Relevant industry certifications and qualifications.

  • Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from a recognized university.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a QA/QC Engineer role.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field, with a strong technical foundation.

  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience in QA/QC within manufacturing, construction, or engineering industries, showcasing depth of knowledge.

  • Certifications such as Six Sigma, ISO 9001, or CQI/IRCA Lead Auditor are highly desirable to demonstrate commitment to quality excellence.

  • Proven expertise in using QA/QC tools and software, such as statistical process control (SPC) and failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA).

  • Proven experience in the UAE and the Dubai Municipality projects.
