1.QUALITY ASSURANCE

• Develop, implement, and maintain Project Quality Plans, ITPs, Method Statements, and QA/QC procedures.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and international standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, NEC, IEC, IPC, etc.).
• Review, verify, and approve MEP material submittals and equipment for quality compliance.

2. SITE QUALITY CONTROL

• Conduct inspections for HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, Electrical, and Low-Current Systems.
• Monitor site installation activities ensuring adherence to approved drawings and method statements.
• Issue NCRs and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Witness testing and commissioning (pressure tests, continuity tests, insulation resistance tests, etc.).

3.DOCUMENTATION AND REPORTING

• Prepare and maintain QA/QC documents: ITP checklists, WIRs, MIRs, test reports, NCR logs, etc.
• Prepare daily/weekly quality reports for management and client review.
• Ensure proper documentation for project close-out: as-built drawings, O&M manuals, test certificates.

4.COORDINATION AND COMMUNICATION

• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Consultants, and Client Representatives for inspections.
• Participate in technical and coordination meetings to address quality-related issues.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure delivery and installation meet standards.

5. TESTING AND COMMISSIONING SUPPORT

• Oversee testing and commissioning activities for all MEP systems.
• Verify completion of punch lists and snag rectifications.
• Ensure all MEP systems operate according to design intent and project specifications.
