Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of materials and products to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures that effectively monitor processes and reduce defects.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify quality issues and recommend corrective actions in real-time.
- Utilize statistical tools and methodologies to analyze data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and present findings to management for informed decision-making.
- Train and mentor team members on quality assurance best practices and compliance requirements.
- Conduct audits and assessments to ensure adherence to regulatory and safety standards.
- Assist in the development of quality documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and inspection criteria.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance quality assurance practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field, with a focus on quality management principles.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in QAQC roles within manufacturing or construction industries.
- Candidates with international experience or exposure to diverse work environments will be prioritized.
- Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus for global engagement.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and performance metrics.
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams to achieve quality objectives.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey quality standards and expectations.
