Our client is a leading global real estate developer headquartered in Dubai.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Civil QC Inspector with hands-on experience in external villa painting and wood varnishing (doors, woodworks). The role is responsible for inspecting, monitoring, and ensuring all finishing works comply with project specifications, approved materials, and international quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine site inspections for painting/varnishing works from surface prep to final finishing.
• Verify surface preparation (cleaning, sanding, moisture, etc.) before application.
• Inspect works for defects (peeling, cracking, uneven coverage, bubbles, dampness, etc.).
• Carry out DFT/WFT checks and monitor environmental conditions during application.
• Verify dimensions and site measurements against drawings; highlight deviations.
• Supervise villa paint applications (textured, smooth, protective coatings).
• Ensure proper application of wood varnishes including sanding, drying time, and clarity.
• Prepare detailed QC reports, NCRs, and maintain inspection records.
• Support sampling/approval of paints; ensure primer/topcoat compatibility.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure standards are met.
• Enforce HSE compliance during paint/chemical handling.
