Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Quality Control (QC): • Prepare Material Test Certificates (MTC) as per LPO and verify job/material transfer and technical documentation. • Conduct Incoming, In-Process, and Final Inspections of fasteners and related products. • Coordinate and prepare documents for Third-Party Inspections. • Maintain inspection reports, records, and quality documentation. • Ensure adherence to 5S standards and maintain proper housekeeping in assigned areas. Lab Engineer: • Perform material testing (tensile, hardness, chemical composition, etc.) for bolts, screws, and other fasteners. • Analyze test results and report findings to ensure compliance with standards and specifications. • Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment; follow proper lab safety procedures. • Assist in product development and quality improvement initiatives through lab analysis. • Document and maintain all laboratory records and test data. • Prepare technical submittals and drawings using AutoCAD as required. Requirements: • 2–3 years of experience in QC and Lab Engineering in manufacturing (experience from home country is acceptable). • Knowledge of material testing, quality standards, and laboratory procedures. • Proficiency in AutoCAD is a plus. • Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
