Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement detailed quality control plans to ensure all products meet specific standards and requirements.
  • Conduct rigorous testing and inspection of materials and products at various stages of production to identify defects.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of quality control processes, test results, and compliance with industry standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality control within manufacturing or production environments is preferred.
  • ISO 9001 certification or equivalent is highly desirable to demonstrate expertise in quality management systems.
  • Experience with quality management software and tools, including statistical analysis packages, is a plus.
