Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain the project-specific Quality Control Plan for E&I activities.
  • Review and verify method statements, ITPs, and material submittals for compliance with project specifications.
  • Conduct inspection and testing of electrical and instrumentation installation works
  • Coordinate with the client, and construction team for site inspections and approvals.
  • Ensure all inspection activities are properly recorded in QA/QC reports and punch lists are tracked to closure.
  • Review vendor documents, calibration certificates, and test reports for conformity.
  • Verify that materials and equipment are properly stored, handled, and installed according to quality requirements.
  • Participate in internal audits and walkdowns prior to system handover.
  • Report non-conformances (NCRs), assist in root cause analysis, and ensure effective corrective actions.
  • Ensure adherence to ADNOC, ISO 9001, and project quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in QA/QC for E&I works in EPC / Oil & Gas / Petrochemical projects.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant standards: IEC, IEEE, ISO, and ADNOC specifications.
  • Must be familiar with electrical testing procedures (IR, continuity, functional tests, etc.) and instrument calibration.
  • Good communication and documentation skills in English.
