Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control plans, inspection procedures, and testing methodologies for manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to industry standards and specifications.
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products, meticulously documenting any deviations from quality standards and initiating corrective actions.
- Analyze quality data, identify trends, and investigate root causes of defects, utilizing statistical analysis tools to improve product quality and process efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and procurement teams to resolve quality issues, implement process improvements, and optimize product designs for enhanced quality.
- Manage and maintain calibration of inspection and testing equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability of measurements and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Implement project quality plan , ITP, and MOS in line with client standard ( API , ASME , ASTM , AES , ISO ,….) Verify that material , welding consumable and equipment meet required certifications and approvals . Conduct inspection for all systems related to HVAC system . Coordinate with consultant for inspections and approval Proficient in QA/QC documentations and reporting Provide guidance to site team on quality requirement and corrective action . Verify calibration of measuring instruments and testing equipment Follow up on NCRs and SORs and ensure timely closure With Preventive measures . Min 3: 5 years’ experience Oil and gas experience is mandatory
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or a related technical discipline.
- Holds relevant certifications such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) from ASQ or equivalent.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment.
