Roles & Responsibilities
Piping Inspector - Candidates should have Aramco or Adnoc Approvals or working exp
Btech/Dipolima Degree, Min 8+ Experience, 5 Years in Oil & GAS as QC inspector in EPC Companies on contruction projcets.
CSWIP 3.1 Qualified2Job DescriptionReports to Project Quality Manager and to Perform piping related inspection
Check for IMIR acceptance prior to fit-up of piping components
Check for identification of piping components are available & transferred - heat no & Specification.
Understanding of P&ID, GAD, Isometric Drawings & layout drawings.
Perform fit-up inspection and ensure material , dimension & alignment as per the drawing & specification requirement.
Knowledge on code & specification requirement - ASME B31.3 /B31.4/ B31.8 , ASME IX, ASME IIA/B/C & API 1104.
Witness the piping spool internal cleaning and preserved properly with proper end covers
Check for flange management and witness bolt torquing activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
aise RFI to client as per ITP requirement & co-ordinate for inspection .
Perform surveillance inspection and raise NCR if any non conformity observed.
Prepare work procedure & ITP as per project specification & code requirement . Follow up with client for approval.
Potential issues are to identified and take corrective action immediately.
Review of test package , line punch listing , punch verification & closing , witness hydrotest & precommissioning activities.3PreferablePrevious Saudi Aramco experience as Piping Inspector & Aramco-CBT EXAM-PID piping passed record.
