Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
JOB PURPOSE:
The HSEQ Manager is responsible to oversee all aspects of Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality across TESG projects in the UAE and other international locations, including our Abu Dhabi main office and Kuwait office.
This role will also encompass Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) responsibilities, in line with our Q parameter integration.

- Clients and Project Stakeholders (for HSEQ compliance and reporting)
- Regulatory Authorities and Government Bodies (e.g., ADNOC, OSHAD, Kuwait EPA)
- Third-party HSE Consultants and Auditors
- Certification Bodies (ISO auditors, lead assessors)
- Subcontractors and Suppliers
- Insurance providers (for incident reporting and risk assessments)
