Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions, ensuring adherence to QHSE standards.

  • Develop and implement robust training programs that enhance employee awareness and knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.

  • Collaborate with management to establish and maintain a comprehensive QHSE management system tailored to the specific needs of the organization.

  • Investigate incidents and near misses thoroughly, documenting findings and recommending preventive measures to mitigate future risks.

  • Lead auditor for ISO9001, 14001 and OSHA

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in QHSE principles.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in QHSE roles, demonstrating a proven track record of compliance and safety management.
  • Certifications such as NEBOSH, ISO 45001, or ISO 14001, showcasing commitment to continuous professional development in QHSE.
  • Experience in the oil and gas, construction, or manufacturing industries, where QHSE challenges and solutions are unique and complex.
