QMS Executive AL BARAKAH INVESTMENT HOLDING COMPANY LLC

Duties and responsibilities

1. Coordinate, review and handle compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 22000:2018 requirements and current regulations.

2. Ensure quality monitoring and reporting on activities, processes, and procedures as relevant and as applicable. 

3. Handle and coordinate the development of QHSE policies, processes, and procedures.

4. Develop and implement the annual internal audit programme, prepare audit plans, and lead QHSE and Food Safety Management Systems internal audits across all subsidiaries to ensure compliance with applicable standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.

5. Facilitate and coordinate QHSE and Food Safety Management System external audits, ensuring effective communication with certification bodies and timely provision of required documentation and support.

6. Coordinate, facilitate and assist with regulatory and QHSE training sessions.

7. Manage the development, updating, and maintenance of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) Management System documentation in accordance with applicable standards and organizational requirements. 

8. Coordinate and participate in corrective and preventive actions are issued, implemented, verified and closed within set timeframes.

9. Lead the annual QHSE and Food Safety supplier audits in coordination with the Procurement Department to ensure supplier compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

10. Coordinate and participate in the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, especially those that affect the QHSE of the organization’s service.

11. Perform quality inspections and reviews to ensure employees adhere to policies and processes. 

12. Coordinate and assist in management reports on the performance of the QMS (e.g., results of quality audits, corrective actions), including the need for improvement.

13. Coordinate and assist in periodic management review meetings.

Education & EXPERIENCE

1. Bachelor Degree in Quality Management and/or relevant field

2. ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certification

3. ISO 45001:2018 Lead Auditor Certification

4. At least 5 years of relevant experience

5. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
