Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and other documentation.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
  • Collaborate with project managers and contractors to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Facilitate tender processes by preparing and evaluating bid documents, ensuring transparency and fairness.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field is essential for foundational knowledge.
  • Professional certifications such as RICS, CIOB, or equivalent demonstrate commitment and expertise in the field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in construction or project management showcases practical skills.
  • Experience in both public and private sector projects allows for a versatile approach to various project types.
